I say this about every wedding, but this one was incredible. I’d never heard of Sequioas before, but it is an awesome wedding in Orem, Utah. It is spaticious, luxurious, and modern. It is conveniently located off of I-15. The staff were well trained and very helpful.
Lora and Beau were an awesome couple to work with. We started gathering all the details months ago on our web form, and we were able to meet and confirm all the details closer to the wedding.
This venue was interesting. We had the ceremony upstairs, the cocktail hour downstairs, dinner upstairs, and the rest of the reception downstairs. It worked out perfectly.
I’m so grateful of all my years of experience performing in a live band, I was able to mic and mix a live song performed by Jodi and Chad. They performed “Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley.
I was approached by the two matrons of honor, the sisters of the bride for a surprise dance during their speeches. They were giving advice at the end of their speech, and they said “Remember to always had fun”. Then I played “I need a hero” by Bonnie Tyler.
