We were asked to provide DJ & Karaoke services for a Dia De Los Muertos Fundraiser, for the St. Martin De Portes Catholic Church, in Taylorsvile, Utah. The whole festival was a lot of fun. There was raffle tickets, prizes, a silent auction, and a delicious dinner from Barbacoa. I played Latin music, such as Banda, Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Cumbia and Regaeton to celebrate. One of the parishioners asked me “Do you understand the words of the music?” I responded, “Claro que si!”. We had guests young and old come sing Karaoke! We had a steady stream of guests peruse our karaoke book.
